Thanks for inquiring about the rental property.
Ok so here is what to do next. First, make drive by the property to make sure its a home you’d want to move into.

We have a few dozen homes, each with security cameras and an alarm- so please when you go to the house dont press on the windows or rattle the front door- the alarm will trigger and police station notified.

** Please NOTE*** I do not need your social security number or drivers license number yet. We don’t know each other and i do not want you to think we are trying to scam you by asking for this private information.If after we meet we think you’re a good fit we will need to run your credit and do a backround check to make sure you are not on the rental dead beat database.
And listen, i understand you may not have perfect credit- I get it and underdstand it- However if you are a dead beat please dont bother applying you will be wasting your time.

You will want to fax the rental application to 800-793-5015
On the cover page put the the house you are interested in renting or buying.
The fax number will sound like an answering machine- Dont worry it will automatically convert to a fax.

After you fax it- you can email assistant@maxreturnsrei.com to make sure we received it. My assistant Melissa will call you to set up a time for you and I to speak. If that goes well over the phone melissa will schedule a meeting at the house through my field representative Robert Manmango.

Robert will show you the house. If after the viewing we think your a fit and you like the house we will take the next step of pulling your credit and calling your references along with doing the background check.

If you are wanting to rent the home we need first month plus security.
