10. We will create the net funding sheet based on your numbers and send you the Funding approval showing the break out of the numbers
11. You will need to invest $425 for an appraisal that we will order. We will base the appraisal on today's FMV and on the ARV based on your rehab specs.

We DO NOT lend money to anyone who will be living in the property. Our loans are made to investors only. We lend to LLC's, S Corp's, Corp's & LLP's and Trusts. The individuals owning the entities will sign the Note as personal guarantors.
